Do you Know :If the fever does not exceed 102 degrees let it run its course. It helps the body to fight infection and eliminate toxins.

    I dont know of any home remedies for this. Yes fever is poilsbse but usually not a very high temp. Valtrex is the best for Herpes Zoster. It is by prescription only. A dermatologist would be the best doctor to advise you on this issue.
